Where is the Westin Sheraton Resort Located, and what are the nearest airports?

The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa is located at 5480 Grand Pacific Dr, Carlsbad, CA 92008. This property is joined with The Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. The closest airport is McClellan-Palomar (CLD) located Three (3) miles from the resort. You can also fly into Los Angeles (LAX) and commute by rental car 90 miles, or San Diego (SAN) at 34 miles. If you fly into Carlsbad (CLD) and are staying at the resort, there are complimentary shuttles offered.

How much is parking at the resort?

If you have a credential for Bless God Summit, your parking at the resort is waived/free. We will update guests at the summit on how to validate your parking.

Where do we go when we arrive at the resort?

We will update all credential holders about their pickup window and location via email. Credentials will be given on-site at the resort, simply bring your printed or digital iTickets receipt with you. We will administer your credentials on March 27th at a TBD time in the early afternoon.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE & PROGRAMMING FOR THE CONFERENCE?

We will be releasing full scheduling and programming in the coming weeks. This will be released on this website and via email to all credential holders. Tentatively, March 27th is evening programming only. March 28th & 29th will feature 9am - 6pm programming. This is subject to change based on our speakers and live music segments.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Per our iTickets policy, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. If you would like to sell or transfer your ticket to another party, this is acceptable and will be honored at credential pickup. Please notify courtney@kingsixteen.com if you are transferring a ticket.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT?

We have conference discount rates should you choose to stay at the resort. You can locate those hotel links on this website. You do not have to stay at the resort to attend the conference. We also have additional discount rates at surrounding hotel properties as well.

Westin Carlsbad Resort guests will have access to resort amenities including free WiFi, beach and pool chairs, private access entrance to LegoLand, and a $15 per night resort credit for food & beverage within property.

WHAT FOOD & DRINK IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET(S)?

All guests will receive complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries upon arrival on March 28th & 29th. There will be additional items for purchase throughout the day at the resort. VIP ticket holders will have access to an all-inclusive lounge that will feature snacks, beverages, coffee, and hors d’oeuvres. For lunch, we will dispatch all guests for a Two (2) Hour lunch break on March 28th and 29th. Lunch is not included in your ticket, you may choose to eat on-site at one of the resort restaurants or a surrounding restaurant in Carlsbad.

IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE AT THE CONFERENCE?

Childcare services are not provided at the conference, but we welcome complimentary access to children under the age of Two (2) as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times and sit in your lap.
